How far ahead should I book an airport transfer?
Give us at least a few hours where you can, and the night before for anything earlier than 5am. Same-day and ASAP bookings are fine too — call for the fastest answer. Include your flight number and we'll watch the arrival time so a delay doesn't cost you the car.
Is the quoted fare really fixed?
Yes. The fare we quote when confirming your booking is what you pay, provided the trip runs as booked. Extra stops, long waits or a changed destination will change the price — we'll tell you before it does, not after.
Can I get a baby seat or wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Both, with notice. Baby capsules and boosters are fitted to Australian standards — tell us the child's age. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are limited in number, so book these as early as you can.
What payment methods do you take?
Card, cash, CabCharge and corporate account billing. Tax receipts are available for every trip — just ask the driver or request one when booking.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes — call or message us as early as you can and we'll move or cancel it, no charge. Late cancellations once a driver is already en route may attract a small callout fee.
Do you cover my suburb?
We cover the Melbourne metro area and surrounding suburbs, plus Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula and regional runs by arrangement. If you're not sure, send the pickup address through the booking form — we'll confirm either way.
